The majority of the cast, including actors Michael Vartan, Gina Torres, Victor Garber, Kevin Weisman, and Merrin Dungey, seemed to have attended the celebrations.

It's hard to imagine, but it's been 20 years since Jennifer Garner appeared in Alias as double agent Sydney Bristow. On Thursday, Sept. 30, the cast reunited for what appeared to be an amazing anniversary party to commemorate the momentous milestone.

"Twenty years ago this week, tonight, in fact, #Alias premiered on @abcnetwork for the first time," Jennifer captioned an Instagram video of the show's cast, which showed photos of them from the series contrasted to currently at the celebration. "If you're an idea generated from @jjabramsofficial's brain—you're a huge one; JJ's ambitious imagination pushed every department on the Alias team over and above the usual, and it was so much FUN."

"Since the program ended in April of 2005, running into a cast or staff member from Alias has always led to the question, 'When will you bring everyone back together for a reunion?'" Jennifer said. The 20th anniversary sounded like as good a reason as any, so the invitation was sent out: a reunion celebration is being planned, please spread the word!"
