Halsey is celebrating their birthday this year with something a little different, and according to Halsey it is the best gift of all. 

The singer, 27, posted on Instagram about their baby with boyfriend Alev Aydin, Ender Ridley. This is the first time they revealed the face of the newborn! Halsey called Ender “the best birthday gift there is”. 

In the cute shots on her Instagram, Aydin is holding baby Ender, looking absolutely adorable in the onesie and beanie. 

Halsey has shared many memorable moments as a parent. Halsey and Alev shared how they felt so much gratitude when they had their baby. However, they also admitted that they have gone through some challenges in public perception. 

"I got treated like a teen mom a lot of the times, you know what I mean? Where people were like, 'Oh my God, you're so young, and you have so much to do in your career, and you're not married and you're this,'" Halsey explained. They said that this left them feeling so much shame.

But more than the negative aspects of this, their first baby also inspired her newest album “If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power”. Before giving birth, Halsey posted  cover art for that album which tackled joys and horrors associated with bearing a child.
