Beyoncé has joined the TikTok craze and launched her own account!

The account, which has resurfaced on TikTok on December 16, already has garnered more that 160k followers as of this writing. There are currently no posts on the page, and it does not follow any other accounts, however it has the blue tick with means it is verified and official. This has been speculated by the fans to as something that could be related to her upcoming music release.

Over the summer, Beyoncé mentioned she is working on new music. She explained, “I’ve been in the studio for a year and a half. Sometimes it takes a year for me to personally search through thousands of sounds to find just the right kick or snare. One chorus can have up to 200 stacked harmonies."

"Still, there’s nothing like the amount of love, passion, and healing that I feel in the recording studio," she concluded. After 31 years, it feels just as exciting as it did when I was nine years old. Yes, the music is coming!”

The singer is yet to release the follow-up to her critically lauded 2016 album, 'Lemonade.' In 2018, she released 'Everything Is Love,' a joint album with Jay-Z.
