Pharrell Trims Down Asking Price Of His Mansion

The "Happy" singer is itching to get rid of his Hollywood Hills mansion

Singer, rapper, producer, and fashion designer Pharrell Williams wants his Hollywood Hills home to be sold as soon as possible. Situated in Laurel Canyon, the artist just lowered down the price of his glass-covered house ti $10 million which is $2 million less than his asking price last year.

In April, the Grammy-winning artist moved to Florida to quarantine where he bout a $30 million waterfront mansion in Coral Gables. Since then, he has been hopping between his two Los Angeles Homes and finally decided to sell the larger house, the 17,000 square foot mega-mansion for $14 million.

His Hollywood Hills house, however, is smaller in scale. It is situated across the top of a narrow ridge and cover 6,100 square feet. In the list of amenities, it comes with an outdoor movie theater, spa, skate park, and a 70-foot infinity pool across 1.5 acres.

The sprawling home was designed by Hagy Belzberg and was dubbed as the Skyline Residence. It is made of walls of glass where it captures the city views and a fireplace dangles from the ceiling in the living room.

Pharrell Williams is a singer and rapper who won 13 Grammys and has received two Oscar nominations.
