Travis Barker, the boyfriend of Kourtney Kardashian, proposed to her last night. Though they've been seeing each other since February, the rocker didn't propose to the reality star until the ideal opportunity came up. According to an insider, Kourtney "had no idea" that the Blink-182 drummer planned to propose to her on Sunday, October 17 at the Rosewood Miramar hotel.

The incident occurred at Rosewood Miramar during the twilight, according to the insider. "They'd recently returned from New York City and were planning on taking a day excursion to Montecito. Kourtney had expected a more laid-back day because they normally go to Rosewood for a picnic, so she was taken completely by surprise."

It's "one of their favorite sites and they have a lot of memories there," the insider said of Travis' choice of the well-known location. Travis also enlisted the help of celebrity florist Jeff Leatham, who created the perfect setting for Travis to pop the question on the beach.
