A spinoff series based on Kathryn Hahn's witch character Agatha Harkness will air on Disney+ as part of Marvel's WandaVision series. Hahn will reportedly reprise her role as Agatha in "a dark comedy," according to sources. The Agatha Harkness series will be written and executive produced by WandaVision writer Jac Schaeffer, who will also write and executive produce the Agatha Harkness series.

This will be Schaeffer's first project as part of his new overall agreement with Marvel Studios and 20th Century Fox Television. Marvel fans will be ecstatic to hear the news, since Agatha Harkness, played by Hahn, is not only a fan favorite but also a significant character in Marvel lore.

WandaVision left a lot of questions unresolved for fans, especially with the source and nature of her black magic. Even Kathryn Hahn admitted (in a previous interview) that there could be more Agatha stories to tell in the MCU - before she knew she'd get the chance.
