Jeremy Pope has signed with WME for representation after landing a breakout role as Archie Coleman in Ian Brennan and Ryan Murphy's Netflix series Hollywood.

Pope was nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Limited Series for his work on the show, which follows a group of aspiring performers and filmmakers in post-World War II Hollywood seeking to make it big. He also won the African American Film Critics Association's Breakout Performer Award.

Pope was most recently seen on FX's Emmy-nominated drama series Pose, and has just finished filming the lead part in A24's autobiographical drama The Inspection, directed by Elegance Bratton. In the recently announced film Scandalous!, he will play Sammy Davis Jr. Janet Mock (Pose, Hollywood) directed the film, and she had previously acted in Regina King's Oscar-nominated Amazon drama One Night in Miami..., among other ventures.

Pope became the sixth person to receive two Tony Award nominations in the same season, for his Broadway debut in Tarrell Alvin McCraney's Choir Boy and for his Broadway musical debut as Eddie Kendricks in Ain't Too Proud. He was nominated for an Outer Critics Circle Award and a Drama League Award for his performance in the previous production, which also garnered him a Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway Debut.

Pope will make his London theatrical debut this winter, playing iconic artist Jean-Michel Basquiat opposite Paul Bettany as Andy Warhol in The Collaboration, a film that explores the two creative artists' close association. Later this year, Pope and Bettany will reprise their roles in The Collaboration, which will be released as a feature picture.

Pope has walked the runway in Gucci's Spring 2022 Fashion Show, Rihanna's Savage x Fenty Volume III Fashion Show, Theory's "Pursuit of Tomorrow Campaign," and Ralph Lauren's Pride Campaign, as well as Rihanna's Savage x Fenty Volume III Fashion Show.
