NME Signs Orlando Bloom

The actor is now under NME with Sean Combs, Zac Efron, Daddy Yankee and more!

Orlando Bloom, who starred in The Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean, has signed with WME for representation. The internationally renowned actor has been in two of the most successful film franchises of all time, and was most recently featured in the indie flick Retaliation.

He also recently starred in Rod Lurie's The Outpost, which is based on the true account of 53 US soldiers in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom who faced a force of 400 enemy terrorists. The film was named one of the top ten independent films of 2020 by the National Board of Review, and it won a Critics Choice Super Award for Best Action Movie in 2021. In terms of new projects, Bloom recently finished filming Season 2 of Amazon's Carnival Row, which he also executive produces and stars in. The show's second season will premiere in 2022.

Bloom's first-look deal with Amazon Studios was recently renewed, and his production firm, Amazing Owl, has many television projects in development. The business is working on a number of projects, both scripted and unscripted, as well as movies.

Bloom directed Tracy Letts' black comic drama Killer Joe at Trafalgar Studios in London's West End for a 13-week limited run. In addition, he won critical acclaim for his Broadway debut as Romeo in David Leveaux's production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.

Felker Toczek Suddleson Abramson LLP continues to represent him.

This follows other recent WME additions such as Sean Combs, Zac Efron, Tom Segura, Daddy Yankee, and three-time Tony Award winner James Lapine, to name a few.
