Lance Stephenson Returns To NBA

Stephenson will play with a new team!

Lance Stephenson last appeared in the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he was teammates with LeBron James. Following that season, he moved to the Chinese Basketball Association, where he put up some impressive numbers against some tough opposition. Stephenson, on the other hand, has recently stated a desire to play in the NBA more competitively.

Stephenson made his G-League debut with the Grand Rapids Gold, who are the Denver Nuggets' affiliate, just last month. Stephenson was impressive on the court in that capacity, and now his hard work has paid off as he has been called up to the NBA.

Surprisingly, he will not be a member of the Nuggets. Instead, Stephenson will join the Atlanta Hawks, who are currently without a few players due to COVID-19. According to reporter Mike Singer, Stephenson has received rave ratings from all of his coaches, and it was because of these comments that the Hawks decided to sign him. Not to mention Stephenson's eagerness to return to the public eye, which was another factor in his favor.

It's unclear what kind of role Stephenson will have on the team, but it's fantastic to see him back on the field. Stephenson was a fan favorite, and now fans will get to witness him play alongside a young and talented Hawks roster.
