Drake Sued By Trespasser For $4B Over “Defamation” Claims

Drake is a victim of yet another crazed fan.

Drake has a huge number of obsessed following him from all over the world, including one who famously tattooed his name on her forehead. Now, a lady who first made news by trespassing into his property has implicated the Toronto hitmaker in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit.

Mesha Collins is reportedly suing Drizzy for $4 billion, claiming defamation and accusing him of using her name and likeness in "defamatory matters" by releasing music, posting on Instagram, and endorsing products with names that "invaded her privacy by revealing where she lived to the world," according to Radar Online.

Collins got into Drake's Hidden Hills residence in April 2017 and stole several things, including sodas and water. She was detained while wearing one of his sweatshirts and pretending to have permission to enter the house. Drake chose not to pursue charges in the case, claiming Collins had "mental issues."

The rapper and his lawyer are requesting that the case be dismissed, claiming that he not only does not know Collins but was also unaware of her existence until after the complaint was filed. Collins' lawyer claims the complaint is a ruse to get closer to the rapper.

Collins is the second woman to become embroiled in Drake's legal troubles and show up at his residence. After being approached by security officers and assaulting one of them with a pipe, a lady was arrested outside of his Toronto mansion in March. She was found with a knife on her person by Toronto police, although she was nowhere near the main entrance of the Toronto estate known as "The Embassy."

“A female adult that was carrying a knife has been arrested,” a Toronto Police Department source told The Sun. “She did not gain any kind of entry into the property and there were no injuries. It is not clear what she was doing at the residence, but she had no communication whatsoever with the homeowner.”
