After We Fell is coming to turn the romance up

The third installment to the popular Wattpad adaptation is coming to Netflix

The After movie's third installment is here, and many fans of the Wattpad adaptation saw it on opening night in theaters. As Tessa and Hardin, the film After We Fell starred Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin once again and made over $630,000 in over 945 venues on its opening night. That means another weekend win for COVID and a significant milestone in its history.

In the U.S. Fathom Events and Voltage Pictures organized the After We Fell film screenings and have announced that the film has been their most successful event since March 2021. Fathom Events (the onset of the pandemic). The romance also achieved the day's second-highest per-screen average. To sum up, it had a per-screen average of No. 2 at the box office, only behind Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Fathom Events, the company behind After We Fell, screened the film exclusively on September 30 at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. in theaters throughout the country, and will show it once more on October 4 before it becomes accessible on demand on October 19. In spite of its restricted release and low budget, the film has already made nearly $18 million globally.

With these stats, Wattpad followers have surely helped Anna Todd's series become a best-selling series before her books were published. Hero Fiennes Tiffin's character was based on Harry Styles, a former member of the boy band One Direction. However, the romance has grown into a popular YA franchise with a total of four books. When the events of After We Collided in 2019 ended, Tessa was getting set to go to Seattle to pursue her publishing career when the new film starts up where it left off. However, because Hardin does not intend to accompany her to Washington, there will be some ongoing issues between the couple. Some passionate moments and new individuals can be found among the drama the two encounter.

Castille Landon, the director who came after Roger Kumble (of After We Collided) and Jenny Gage, is behind the camera (who helmed the first movie). After We Fell and After We Happy were shot back-to-back by Landon, bringing an end to the love story and the acting careers of Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin. A prequel spin-off following Hardin before he met Tessa is in the works as a result of the movie' critical and commercial success. A sequel is also in the works, and it will take place 15 years in the future, focusing on the families of the two main actors.

The first picture grossed over 69 million dollars globally, and the sequel took in 47 million dollars on a shoestring budget. After We Fell continues to play in theaters, we'll see how it goes. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings debuted at the same time as Venom, which had a huge opening weekend. As a result, the film has continued to be a huge success. After We Fell will soon be available to stream and download on demand and digitally.

Last week saw the US debut of the third After film in the series, and now we know when it will be released digitally.

Of course, Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Josephine Langford star in the new film, together with Louise Lombard and Rob Estes, as well as Arielle Kebbel and Chance Perdomo, as well as Frances Turner and Kiana Madeira.

Here's a quick rundown: Tessa's life is about to take an exciting turn. Hardin's jealousy and erratic conduct reach a fever pitch as she prepares to travel to Seattle for her dream job, and it threatens to break their strong connection. A complication arises with their predicament due to the return of Tesa's father and the disclosure of alarming information regarding Hardin's extended relatives. Tessa and Hardin must ultimately determine whether or not their love is worth fighting for or if they should part ways.

The third film in the adult fiction movie series featuring Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin is planned to be released on Netflix, although not in every country. After We Fell will be available on Netflix on the dates listed below.

The film series, based on Anna Todd's novel After, has been an unexpected hit with Voltage Pictures distribution in recent years. A sequel to 2019's After, After We Collided debuted in theaters this past year. Both of the After films are already available on Netflix in many areas.

Castille Landon is behind the camera for the third film, and here's what to expect:

Things take a dramatic turn just as Tessa is about to make the biggest decision of her life. The revelations about her family, and then Hardin's, cast doubt on everything they'd previously taken for granted, and make their hard-won future together all the more difficult to claim.

After We Fell will be available on Netflix on what date?

We don't yet have confirmation that After We Fell will be available on Netflix in every location, but some regions are already showing an October 21st, 2021 release date. In the Philippines and India, Netflix is available as well.

Although no official release date has been announced for the United States, it's worth noting that it may coincide with this date. As of right now, the After We Fell Netflix US page remains unresolved, indicating that we could be waiting a long time. Netflix Life predicts that Netflix US will not receive the third entry until at least November 2021, according to our Netflix Life colleagues.

After movies have usually debuted exactly two months after their theatrical launch, which explains why this one will too. After We Fell began showing in theaters on September 30th, which means it will be available on Netflix in the United States on November 30th.

It's a bittersweet ending for the After stars Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin as the series comes to a close. When asked about leaving the cast of characters he's played in four films, Langford admits it's "bitter" since it's heartbreaking not to be able to work with them again. I'm delighted we were able to finish these films for the audience, though. That would be great, if we can create something that lasts and makes them happy.

After We Fell, the third film in the After trilogy, will be released on September 30, 2021, with Langford playing Tessa Young and Tiffin portraying Hardin Scott. It's expected that After Ever Happy, the series' final film, would be released in 2022. Both the books and the movies are based on a Harry Styles fanfiction Anna Todd created on Wattpad in 2013, which she turned into a book. Even though Tiffin's Hardin character is based on Styles, he made a point not to impersonate the One Direction singer in the film. At the beginning, he adds, he separated himself from the Harry Styles element. Anna has created a wacky, beautiful world that no longer requires Harry Styles or One Direction for inspiration since the characters are so well-rounded. They are no longer needed as motivation. By the time we finished the novels, the script, and Hardin's character, I didn't need to look elsewhere for inspiration."

Styles was a co-chair of the 2019 Met Gala, where Tiffin met him for the first time. Styles gave Tiffin a "knowing look," according to Tiffin, even though they didn't talk about After. Tiffin recalls shaking the man's hand and feeling "something." There was no chance for us to speak because it was near the door and rather crowded, but I had the impression that there was something between us that we both knew. A sly grin crept across his face. I haven't discussed it in depth with him yet. That's something I'd like to see at some point.

In comparison to the first two films, Tessa is much older in the third. She's becoming more self-aware. She's come to terms with her sexuality and her sexual agency. As a young lady, she's finding her footing. There is a noticeable shift in her behavior in this connection.

In contrast, Hardin "From the beginning, he's been striving to be better. More likely from the second half of the first episode through the finale. Even so, he's putting out an effort and making progress. But this guy just can't seem to get a break. Even though he is visibly troubled, he isn't given a clear path to follow in order to overcome his problems. Tessa's patience with him is crucial to their relationship and their ability to achieve their goals."
